The YOW series wind turbine oil sensor integrates multiple detection units such as ferromagnetic and non ferromagnetic wear particles, viscosity, density, micro water content, water activity, temperature, etc. It can be optionally equipped with dielectric constant and free water detection components to complete the integrated detection task of oil wear status and oil characteristics.

The YOW series wind turbine oil sensor is compact and sturdy, making it highly suitable for monitoring the oil condition of gearboxes and other heavy industrial equipment. It is a reliable product for preventive maintenance and advanced intelligent manufacturing.

Built in high-precision and high stability metal wear particle detection component, which adopts Faraday electromagnetic induction principle and is equipped with high-performance data sampling and processing unit to achieve real-time capture and cumulative statistical output function for ferromagnetic metal particles above 40um and non-magnetic metal particles above 150um.

Built in internal temperature measurement and oil flow rate measurement functions enable self inspection of the sensor's working environment and judgment of oil flow, ensuring that the sensor is always working in a good detection state and the representativeness of the detected oil sample.

This product realizes real-time monitoring of the wear and tear of large industrial equipment. By continuously monitoring the generation of wear debris and the detection of oil physical and chemical indicators, it is convenient to remind users when equipment faults are detected early. Compared to traditional maintenance schedules, it achieves lower cost maintenance measures and prevents larger and more serious accidents from occurring.
